Winemaker Tasting Notes:  Big aromatics of cooked red fruit, a lovely mix of baking spices and a touch of wet wood. On the palate, the wine is smooth and textured, with big jammy dark berries and strawberry, exotic spice, and a hint of dried herbs and tobacco. There is a lovely acidity and soft tannins that linger into a long finish that reinforces the wonderful fruits and spice.  Decant 1-2 hours before serving.
