Winemaker Tasting Notes:  Triassic Rocks is a consistant favorite in the tasting room!  Intoxicating aromas and flavors of cooked cherries, blackberry jam, vanilla shortbread, wet forest floor, cured meats and black peppercorns prevail.  The mouthfeel is silky and soft, then expands with ripe red and black fruit flavors and a bright burst of acid before a tobacco and clove finish.  The wine drinks full-bodied and beautiful.
