Winemaker Tasting Notes:   Essence of strawberries, black cherries and currants, with hints of vanilla and mocha on the nose.  On the palate, structured black cherry, smoky tobacco, and black berries, cedar, and minerality dominate the flavors.  Medium body and alcohol balance the tannins to hold the structure together through the extended finish and ensure the potential of this second release of estate grown Cab.  A great summer red ready to enjoy now, or cellar up to 2-3 years.
