Winemaker Tasting Notes:  Our Big Bang blends have been fantastic additions to Triassic's wine choices.  This vintage is the first year we've had our very own estate grown Petite Sirah in the blend.  Essences of stewed boysenberry, wet forest floor and berry cobbler on the nose.  Flavors of blackberry jam, bacon fat, baking spices and rhubarb pie dominate the palate. Slightly grippy tannins and mouthwatering acidity round out the finish.  Ready to enjoy now, or cellar up to 2-3 years.
