Grenache grapes, a Spanish cousin of Tempranillo, produce a semi-translucent garnet colored wine that is light-bodied with soft tannins, subtle minerality, and fruit-forward notes of strawberry, plum, orange rinds, and ruby-red grapefruit.  It is an easy going everyday wine that pairs well with many foods and can be served slightly chilled, poured over ice, or mixed with a bubbly beverage to create a refreshing summer spritzer.
