Winemaker Tasting Notes:  Beginning with a burst of spice on the nose, the wine shows cassis, baking spices, sweet cream, and vanilla Crème Brûlée, all followed by ripe red raspberries, dried strawberry, and undertones of wet earth.  Entering the palate this Zin shows off a rush of baked jammy red fruits, and bright acid in the mid-palate that carries through to an elegant and smooth finish of minerality and soft, subtle tannins.
