Winemaker Tasting Notes:  Our 2020 Big Bang is our staple blend of Zinfandel and Petite Sirah weighing in at 75% Zinfandel and 25% Petite Sirah. The nose is explosive with big ripe fruit aromas of black berries, black cherries, currants, and stewed blueberries followed by a huge spice rack and lingering oak aromas. The palate is big and juicy, beginning with beautiful black fruit flavors, a great luscious mouthfeel, with just enough acidity to carry the wine into a finish of anise, macaroons, and toasted spices.  Ready to enjoy now, or cellar up to 2-3 years.
