Winemaker Tasting Notes: Big aromatics of cooked red fruit, a lovely mix of baking spices and a touch of wet wood. On the entry, the wine is smooth and textured, with big jammy dark fruits, plenty of spice, and a hint of dried herbs. There is a lovely acidity and soft tannins that linger into a long finish that reinforces the wonderful fruits and spice. Decant 1-2 hours before serving. Ready to enjoy now, or cellar up to 2-3 years.
