Winemaker Tasting Notes: Hues of gentle yellow gold with aromas of mango sherbet, orange, a vanilla 50/50 bar, lemon curd, flint, and wet concrete. The polished palate is seamless from start to finish; it's gentle on the entry and leaves traces of tropical fruit cream, lemon zest, tangerines, and just enough acid to balance the luxurious texture and mouthfeel from the oak aging...it lingers to a lovely finish.
