Winemaker Tasting Notes: White gold in color with just a tinge of green, the nose on this 100% stainless steel aged Estate Viognier is off the charts: honey suckle, orange blossoms, orange peel, fresh mango, just ripe banana, and wet stone. The palate starts off crisp and light on its feet before lush tropical fruits of pineapple, guava, and banana step forward and coat the palate; lovely acid and a great texture lead into a finish of returning fruit flavors and vibrant minerality. Serve well chilled now or within 1-2 years.
